About the case
It is one of the largest logistics and fractional express cargo transport companies in the country and one of the largest e-commerce operators. Jadlog is part of the GeoPost group, which is the second largest international parcel delivery network in Europe, operating under the DPDgroup brand.
Challenge
Implement a robust and high-quality access control system integration capacity, capable of solving demands sent by the ERP system used, such as: leave rules HR (maternity leave, vacation, suspension, etc.), rules of inter-day, blocking rules in case of PPE with an expiration date expired validity and blocking rules in case of documentation defeated. Furthermore, the operation now counts on optimization through self-service, with functionalities differentiated features, such as welcome videos, instructions and map location of the visitor’s meeting point.
