About the case

Located in the capital of São Paulo, in the Tatuapé neighborhood, Platina 220 is the tallest building in the city of São Paulo, measuring 172 meters high and with 46 floors. The development will feature shops, a hotel, residential units, commercial complexes and corporate buildings. The building was a work developed by the office Königsberger Vannucchi Arquitetos Associados, it has striking volumes on the facade that enhance internal ventilation, which is what allows its high height.

Challenge

An access control solution that serves the residential part of the Platina 220, which manages around 10,000 active users, with the capacity for up to two simultaneous connections. Furthermore, for greater agility in access, the elevators have advance call, optimizing their operation.
