Aena Brasil is a Brazilian company that is part of the Spanish Aena group, the world’s largest airport operator in terms of passenger numbers. Aena is responsible for managing 46 airports and two heliports in Spain, holds 51% of London-Luton Airport, and operates in other countries like Mexico (12 airports), Colombia (2), and Jamaica (2).

Operating in Brazil since 2020, Aena Brasil currently manages 17 airports, covering about 20% of national air traffic. This concession positions Aena Brasil as the largest network of granted airports in the country. With extensive experience in network equipment management, the company promotes integrated operations, enhancing synergy between its airports and increasing operational efficiency.

Challenge

We present a comprehensive access control system designed to meet the needs of approximately 10,000 users. Our solution offers a credentialing system fully compliant with the guidelines set by the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC). Additionally, to ensure user identification and security, different layouts for ID badges were developed.
