About the case

The Nations 17007 building is classified as AAA (Triple A) and was constructed by the multinational company Brookfield Incorporações. It is part of the select group of top developments in the city and has become a benchmark for technical specifications and corporate image.

Developed based on advanced construction concepts, the project is in the process of obtaining LEED Gold Core & Shell certification, issued by the U.S. Green Building Council, for the Sigma Tower. This project signifies a significant advancement for the region as it was designed to seamlessly integrate with the urban landscape, enhancing it through open and public spaces.

Challenge

To implement an innovative access control system that provides swift access, optimizing elevator operations, and also generates personalized and specific reports tailored to the operational needs of the complex. Additionally, through CCTV monitoring, door readers are efficiently managed, ensuring restricted entry and reinforcing the location’s security.
