About the case
Tereos starting point was the creation of a distillery cooperative by a group of farmers in Origny, in the Aisne region, in northern France. Currently, Tereos operates on four continents, with industrial facilities in Europe, Brazil, East Africa and Asia.
Tereos in Brazil is made up of Tereos Açúcar & Energia Brasil, Tereos Amido & Adoçantes Brasil and Tereos Commodities Brasil. In the northwest of the State of São Paulo, Tereos Açúcar e Energia Brasil concentrates its seven processing units and two refineries. Tereos Amido e Adoçantes Brasil works with the manufacture of products derived from corn and cassava.
Challenge
Implement a robust and high-quality access control system integration capacity, capable of solving demands sent by the ERP system used, such as: leave rules HR (maternity leave, vacation, suspension, etc.), rules of inter-day, blocking rules in case of PPE with an expiration date expired validity and blocking rules in case of documentation defeated. Furthermore, the operation now counts on optimization through self-service, with functionalities differentiated features, such as welcome videos, instructions and map location of the visitor’s meeting point.
